Lennuabi
Lennuabi is a website, that provides a legal representation for air travellers and specializes in the enforcement of air passenger rights. Our team has handled the claims of thousands of customers and claimed over a million euros on their behalf.
Lennuabi takes over the communication between the airline and the Client. We assist our clients with legal issues and, if necessary, represent them in court.
Lennuabi’s standard service fee is 39.7%, and this is applied only to successful claims. Our service is entirely risk-free – if you do not receive compensation, it will not cost you anything. In the event that Lennuabi needs to use legal proceedings to obtain the claim, the service fee is 50%.
Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 covers all flights within EU as well as departures to and from the EU operated by a company with its head office in the EU. In addition to the EU countries, the Regulation also covers the following countries: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Saint-Martin, Madeira, the Azores and the Canary Islands.
For one-way travel, the passenger can receive compensation between € 250 and € 600 (depending on the distance traveled). Please note that a single flight means a starting point and a final destination and does not include layovers. The exact amount of the claim depends on the total distance traveled, the length of the delay and other factors.
Yes, an air passenger always has the right to make a claim, regardless of whether he or she bought the ticket himself or herself. There is also entitlement to compensation if the ticket was purchased with the airline’s bonus points.
Yes, in addition to the benefits above, the right to compensation remains.
However, be wary of vouchers or free tickets, as you risk losing any additional claims (unless you prefer the airline’s offer to money).
Flight delays are calculated based to the time of arrival at the final destination (same booking).
Once you have submitted a claim to us, we will send you an email with the claim reference number. You can use this number to sign in here and check the status of your claim.

On average the claims take 1-2 business days to process. However, the exact length of the proceedings and receiving money depends on the complexity of the case and the airline. Depending on the circumstances of the particular claim, the process takes 1-7 months.
No – we are unable to represent you correctly if you have already assigned your claim to someone else. This point is also set out in our Terms of Use, which you agree to when you sign a contract with us.
Currently we do not deal with claims for delayed or damaged luggage. However, you are entitled to a refund (at the airline’s discretion) and we recommend that you do the following to claim your refund:
– always keep your boarding pass and luggage registration vouchers until you have received and checked the luggage;
– notify damage to luggage (or items inside) no later than 7 days after receiving the luggage, ideally immediately;
– fill out a claim or Property Irregularity Report before leaving the airport. It is also advisable to have your luggage examined when doing so;
– further instructions on how to handle your luggage claim can be found in the airline’s luggage service counter.
Lennuabi Express
Lennuabi Express offers its customers a faster service than the normal claim process. The average process takes about 2-6 months, depending on the airline, or 8-12 months if litigation is involved. After receiving and accepting the purchase offer, Lennuabi Express will allow you to receive the money within three working days – we will pay out all cases submitted on business days before 2 pm on the same day!
Lennuabi currently buys claims where the operating airline is SmartLynx Estonia, Finnair, SAS (Scandinavian Airlines), Air Baltic, LOT Polish Airlines or Nordica. We will add other airlines as soon as possible.
All purchase requests submitted before 2 pm on business days will receive an offer on the same day. If the customer immediately signs the offer, we will also transfer the same day!
Lennuabi evaluates a number of factors when making a purchase offer. In particular, we analyse the weather conditions at the respective airports, the timeliness of other similar flights, press releases on possible strikes and more.
We make a flight-specific purchase offer according to our analysis. In no case will Lennuabi provide less than 60% of the compensation under the Regulation EU261/2004.

In order for us to buy your claim, we ask you to provide us a confirmation of your flight booking and a copy of your passport or ID card. The Claim must also be valid and You have confirmed that You have not assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered the Claim or any rights thereunder in favour of any third party.
Lennuabi isn’t currently buying additional costs (eg hotel, new airline tickets, etc.) claims, these will be dealt with as usual. This is free of charge for Lennuabi Express clients!
Lennuabi does not buy claims where we estimate the probability of receiving compensation to be less than 50%.
Lennuabi buys claims with flights up to 2.5 years old.
If Lennuabi doesn’t offer you a purchase, nothing will change about the claim. We will continue to process your application as usual.
If your claim has been purchased by us, but we receive a negative response from the airline, Lennuabi is not entitled to a refund of the money paid to you (unless the customer has deliberately misled us with respect to an earlier agreement).
Referral program
Our referral program allows you to earn a cash bonus by inviting your friends and acquaintances to use our service.
To join the referral program, generate a promo code for yourself (and, if you wish, for your friends and acquaintances) on our website and you are Lennuabi’s affiliate!
Anyone who submits an application with your promo code will receive a 5€ discount on the service fee and you will receive 5€ on your bank account.
To generate the promo code you do not have to be Lennuabi’s client.
Yes, the affiliate will receive 5€ for each passenger listed on the valid application.
After generating the promo code on our website, you will receive an email with the promo code you have created, which you can then forward to the desired people. You can share your code with anyone and anywhere.
However, in the case of suspected fraud, Lennuabi reserves the right not to pay the cash bonus.
We make the money transactions once a week. After the recommended person’s application details have been verified, we will contact you to clarify your banking details.
After your recommended person’s application has been reviewed and it’s eligible for compensation, we will make a bank transfer to you.
You, your friends and acquaintances can apply the promo code when submitting an application by typing it in the promo code box (last step of the application submitting process).
The promo code can be applied within 48h after the application is submitted.
