Lennuabi Express offers its customers a faster service than the normal claim process. The average process takes about 2-6 months, depending on the airline, or 8-12 months if litigation is involved. After receiving and accepting the purchase offer, Lennuabi Express will allow you to receive the money within three working days – we will pay out all cases submitted on business days before 2 pm on the same day!
Lennuabi currently buys claims where the operating airline is SmartLynx Estonia, Finnair, SAS (Scandinavian Airlines), Air Baltic, LOT Polish Airlines or Nordica. We will add other airlines as soon as possible.
All purchase requests submitted before 2 pm on business days will receive an offer on the same day. If the customer immediately signs the offer, we will also transfer the same day!
Lennuabi evaluates a number of factors when making a purchase offer. In particular, we analyse the weather conditions at the respective airports, the timeliness of other similar flights, press releases on possible strikes and more.
We make a flight-specific purchase offer according to our analysis. In no case will Lennuabi provide less than 60% of the compensation under the Regulation EU261/2004.

In order for us to buy your claim, we ask you to provide us a confirmation of your flight booking and a copy of your passport or ID card. The Claim must also be valid and You have confirmed that You have not assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered the Claim or any rights thereunder in favour of any third party.
Lennuabi isn’t currently buying additional costs (eg hotel, new airline tickets, etc.) claims, these will be dealt with as usual. This is free of charge for Lennuabi Express clients!
Lennuabi does not buy claims where we estimate the probability of receiving compensation to be less than 50%.
Lennuabi buys claims with flights up to 2.5 years old.
If Lennuabi doesn’t offer you a purchase, nothing will change about the claim. We will continue to process your application as usual.
If your claim has been purchased by us, but we receive a negative response from the airline, Lennuabi is not entitled to a refund of the money paid to you (unless the customer has deliberately misled us with respect to an earlier agreement).
